Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our providers time and out of respect for our loyal and appreciative clientele. Our policy is more than fair and is strictly enforced. We require a $50 booking fee to schedule an appointment. This amount will go towards your services that day. However, if you do not show up to your appointment or do not give us a 24 hour notice to reschedule, this is a non-refundable $50 Booking Fee. Credit cards will be charged at time of booking, and appointments will not be scheduled without a Booking Fee Paid. We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules to avoid losing your $50 booking fee. Any service over $100 will require 50% down at time of booking. If we do not receive a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling, (or no call no show), you forfeit the 50% booking fee and it is non-refundable. You wil be required to pay 50% booking fee again to reschedule. If this happens twice, 100% will be required at time of booking and 100% is forfeited if you do not give us 24 hour notice. We understand that unforeseen events happen, however…our employees also have families and this is how they make their living. Please be respectful of their time. Thank you!
